Ich liebe meine Arbeit, ich liebe die Leute, mit denen ich arbeite. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Reise. Da bin ich entspannt und kann ich gut ausruhen. Ich kann alles vergessen, was mir Nerven geht. Reise ist wie Poesie. Ich mag die richtige Art der Reise.

Ich möchte eine ausgezeichnete Designer werden. Ich wünsche, ich kann alles machen, was ich will. Mein Arbeit gefällt mir sehr. Ich hoffe, meine Arbeit könnte Ihnen angenehme Erfahrung bringen!

Where To start? From our arrival in Kunming to our departure from the same city everything was First Class. The guides, driver, hotels. Places and sights all lived up to and passed my expectations.
Everything went like clockwork, without a hitch, any where throughout the whole tour.

I arrived home on Saturday, more or less as scheduled and completed a most satisfactory trip to your fascinating country.. The members of the Group have done nothing but to lavish praise upon ”Marco”, Reise in China and the mysterious lady who is named Shu Yu. Once again, your organization was superb in every aspect.
The hotels were excellent at every location and everything worked very well indeed.
Not surprisingly there were a couple of instances when the local contacts needed help from Marco, but these minor problems were resolved by him with amazing speed and true professionalism.
You have a rising star in this young man, who became very popular with all the Group.
Two other people deserve special praise.
Firstly the gentleman at Guangzhou, who remembered me from three years ago and who provided a flawless program of the highest order.
Secondly, your Beijing representative, known, known to us as Allen…a quite man, but a star in the making.
The year 2012 seems to be a long way in the future, but that is when we plan to return. I just hope that we can handle what may well turn in to a minor invasion of China by The Aviation Society.
It remains for me to offer my sincere thanks to you for your dedicated and first class service.

Thanks for everything you have done for us. We had a wonderful trip to China and spent an unforgettable holiday. We were very pleased to meet you in your office in Beijing, a beautiful building in the city center, and talk with you in person. You did a good job organizing this trip. The guides were friendly and always on time.
Thank you very much for organizing the details accurate and we will advise our friends to spend their holidays in China with you. We hope that we can still have other opportunities to travel in China, given the long and rich history of this country so great.

I have just returned from a 9 day trip to China having been looked after by your tour guides.
I just wanted to say how wonderful the guides we had in Xi'an (Vicky) and Shanghai (Lu) were.
They met us at the airport, gave us a full detailed overview of the city we had just arrived at, and were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Their English was excellent and we became quite attached to both Vicky and Lu.
They ensured everything went smoothly for us, worked well into the evenings to look after us, waited around for hours for us whilst we were at a show to make sure we got back to our hotel safely. Their help at the airport as we left their city was absolutely invaluable. Not just from a language point of view, but they came with us to check in, talked to the Check In staff, and got us sorted out brilliantly. Lu made sure that our request to be upgraded to Premium Economy was sorted out with no fuss whatsoever.
Without Vicky and Lu's help and time, we wouldn't have enjoyed our holiday as much as did, so I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to them both for all they did for us whilst in China, it was greatly appreciated.

We wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our trip that you helped us plan. All of our arrangements went smoothly and we really enjoyed seeing your country.
As you know, we started in Tibet for a week. Our guide and driver were so nice and so interested in us having a good time. They were both always so thoughtful and helpful for the whole week. The hotel in Lhasa was in a wonderful location. We had some companions for the 2 days we were in Lhasa, who were in the luxury hotel, which was beautiful, but the location of our less expensive Shangbala (and the wonderful breakfasts) more than made up the difference. We were very pleased with the hotel there.
Our guide in Hangzhou, Rose, was cute, young and enthusiastic, which made our trip there lots of fun. She was so interested in us having a good time that she added to our enjoyment. An afternoon walk around a portion of the lake on our own was a highlight of our stay. It is a beautiful city.
We were very lucky with our weather in Guilin and our guide, Julie, was a pleasure. The rain clouds cleared for our trip on the river. The caves and the park around the lake were beautiful. One site that we would suggest be added to your itinerary is the Seven Star Park. Afer our tour on our arrival day, we asked our guide to leave us at the park. The tickets were very reasonable and the park beautiful. We spent 2 very nice hours there on our own and then met our guide for dinner (we ate on the plane and she kindly changed our meal from lunch until dinner).
Our time in Xi'an was, of course, spectacular. Every American has heard about the terracotta warriors. We also really enjoyed the old city walls and the bell and drum towers. Our guide Tony was interesting and ethusiastic and has already sent us an email with some photos. He was very eager to be sure of our flight times to Beijing, when there was some confusion over the times.
All of our dirvers were satisfactory, some better than others, all very friendly. Our favorite was the driver in Tibet, probably because we were with him longer. He spoke no English, but was always good humored and did his best to be helpful.
For a 3 week trip and many different guides, flights, hotels, drivers and trains, we feel that all and all the trip was excellent. We certainly would not hesitate to recommend your agency to any of our friends. Thank you for all of your assistance. I know this is a long letter, but you have been so helpful that we felt you would appreciate the things we enjoyed most and, possibly, improve your service with our few complaints.

Dear Zhong Xin,
We got back from our trip yesterday. I wanted to let you know that we had a splendid time. All of our flights were on time. At each airport along the way our guide was waiting for us with the driver. The guides were all very good. We especially appreciated Jerry Wang's diligent efforts on our behalf in Beijing. He really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went smoothly. By the end of our time in Beijing, we considered him our friend. Alex (in Xi'an) did a good job of trying to straighten out the problems with the Grand Mercure. Hill Jiang was super flexible and helped organize and lead our tour of the Yangshuo countryside by electric bike, organized our evening show and was great at accommodating our friend Ming and her son on short notice. Alex, in Hong Kong, was very knowledgeable and very conscientious.
Thank you for organizing the trip for us. It all came together very well. We felt very well cared for all along the way. We would certainly use China Travel Designer in the future and will recommend you to others.
